The Naza Group set its foot print in real estate investment in 1990 with the establishment of Naza Properties Sdn Bhd. Since then, it has embarked on notable investments and management of various flagship properties which includes Platinum Park KLCC, Naza AutoMall in Petaling Jaya, Plaza TTDI @ Taman Tun Dr Ismail and Giant Headquarters in Shah Alam.

Naza Asset Management is poised to become one of the leading sectors within the Naza Group, Encompassing well-diversified portfolio in various sectors such as office, retail, industrial, residential and prime land banks, positioned in various strategic locations in Malaysia, US and UK.

Leveraging its investor-operator centric philosophy, Naza Asset Management has evolved into a full-fledged real estate management division ranging from facility and building management, leasing, investment and divestment - spearheaded by local teams to manage its assets globally. Our key strategy is built upon hands on and active management as well as the commitment to grow through continuous Asset Enhancement Initiative. We place emphasis on shaping and extending strategic capabilities that will maximize the returns of each asset under our management, where each solution is curated based on their own unique propositions.
